Buses to UNSW from Central Station
UNSW Express Bus routes (890, 891, 892 and 895) run to and from Eddy Avenue, Central Station. These routes are prepay only and are fast and high frequency. View timetables for the UNSW Express and other bus routes.
From Sydney International Airport, you can:
Take a taxi from outside the Terminal Building. A taxi from the airport to UNSW will cost approximately $40-$50; and to the city centre $50-$60.
Take a public bus. The red Metroline 400 bus service runs regularly from Sydney Airport to UNSW (this trip takes approximately 45 minutes). This service runs from Sydney Airport to either the Eastern Suburbs (Pagewood, Kingsford, Randwick and Bondi Junction) or the South-Western suburbs (Rockdale, Bexley North, Campsie, Burwood).
