Successful completion of IEEE ITNAC 2026
IEEE ITNAC 2025, hosted by the University of Canterbury in Garden City, Christchurch, was a landmark year for the conference. It marked an important milestone as the conference officially became IEEE ITNAC, strengthening its global recognition and impact. The event welcomed 42 author-presenters from 15 nationalities, along with 21 non-author attendees from industry, government organisations, and research laboratories. The 2025 conference also featured a dedicated special session on Quantum Communication and Networking, reflecting the conference’s commitment to emerging and future technologies. The strong support from Cisco further enhanced industry engagement, and 12 student travel grants were awarded to support young researchers and encourage wider participation. The high-quality technical program and diverse international presence highlighted the growing reputation and relevance of ITNAC.

How you can contribute to the ITNAC community today and in coming months
The Association is working to get a new Journal included in Scopus. To achieve this outcome we could do with your help. If you can spare a day, write a 4 page single column paper and submit the paper to the International Journal of Information, Communication Technology and Applications. We'll process your paper quickly and publish the paper. All papers are indexed with ORCID. The Journal is open access, so you can immediately submit the paper to ResearchGate to attract citations.
We would like to get IJICTA included in Scopus asap, so that we have a Journal to compliment ITNAC and to provide a location for extended papers to be published.
If you would like to become an editor of the Journal and to help attract papers, contact the committee today.
We're committed to providing a high quality peer reviewed Journal that will enhance the Association's offering to our community.
Volunteers
If you would like to get involved and volunteer for one of the committee roles, email the committee.
We anticipate a great conference in 2026 at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. We wish our community a safe year and we look forward to seeing as many of our community as possible at the conference this year.
