Submission Guidelines
Submitted manuscripts should be written in English conforming to the standard IEEE templates available from Here. We invite the following two types of submissions: 
Full Papers (6 pages complementary, and up to 8 pages with over length charge) and
Short Papers (3 pages complementary and up to 4 pages with over length charge).
 
All paper submissions must represent original and unpublished work. Papers must be submitted electronically in PDF format through EDAS from Here.

Listed below are draft programs for ATNAC 2013 and ITC SS EEGN. They may be subject to change but currently represent a realistic program based on available information. At the bottom of these two lists is the proposed detailed layout of the sessions including invited talks, special sessions and tutorials.

Christchurch offers a wide range of accommodation: from luxury hotels to less expensive motels, budget university hostels, and backpacker hostels.
The conference venue hotel is the Chateau on the Park. It is located just minutes away from Hagley Park, the Christchurch Botanic Gardens and the Westfield Shopping Centre in Riccarton Rd.
Cheaper, but quite comfortable, accommodation is offered by a number of motels, located within a few blocks from the conference venue.

Registration at the conference venue:
On Tuesday, the 19th of November 2013, the conference's registration desk will be open at the Chateau on the Park between 3:30 pm and 6:00pm.
For the following days, it will be open from 8:00 am on Wednesday, and from 8:30 am on Thursday and Friday.
The online payment of registration fees by credit cards is available at the ITC SSEEGN 22 website. Please remember to select ATNAC as the conference.
 
ATNAC 2012 best paper authors will be invited to provide a paper for a 2013 special issue of the Australian Journal of Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
