No-Show Policy
From "IEEE PSPB Operations Manual 8.2.1.B13 - Publication Principles, RESPONSIBILITIES OF AUTHORS ARTICLES PUBLISHED BY IEEE":
An author, in offering a paper for presentation at an IEEE conference, or accepting an invitation to present a paper, is expected to be present at the meeting to deliver the paper. In the event that circumstances unknown at the time of submission of a paper preclude its presentation by an author, the program chair should be informed on time, and appropriate substitute arrangements should be made. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., not placed on IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference.
Student Grants
The organisers of IEEE ITNAC 2025 are pleased to announce the availability of student grants to help offset the registration fee and/or cost of attending the conference. These grants aim to encourage participation by supporting students who might otherwise find it difficult to attend.
Eligibility:
- Applicants must be enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program at the time of the conference.
- Student authors of accepted papers are especially encouraged to apply.
- The level of participation will be considered a priority criterion (e.g., presenting a paper, authoring a paper, or other active involvement in the program).
Scope of Support:
The IEEE ITNAC 2025 Student Grants are designed to partially offset the registration fee and/or cost of attending the conference, including expenses such as travel and accommodation.
- Local Student Grants (New Zealand): These grants are generously supported by ATNAC NZ Incorporated to assist students enrolled at New Zealand institutions.
- International Student Grants (students outside New Zealand): These grants are generously supported by Cisco, helping students from overseas institutions participate in IEEE ITNAC 2025.
